What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you fill out a form after logging in our Android, IOS App and Web Plugin using your mobile number or email Id. While filling the form you will be asked to enter e-mail address although you can also use our Android or IOS App anonymously. We also collect GPS based location information of the device with your consent and MCC and MNC codes from the network you are in. We also collect a device unique identifier.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

The location based fine (GPS) and course (MNC and MCC) identifiers helps us in finding out the location, of the sale of fake products. Secondly, we also use the location information as judiciously as required for providing business intelligence to our clients.
The device unique identifier is linked to your account if you log in, otherwise used anonymously to find out about the sale of fake products in the market.
To personalize your experience i.e. your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs. We might share your information to only those manufacturers whose products you have checked and verified using our App and web plugin.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

Our cloud servers and data storage requirements are fulfilled by AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Below are the measures in place for ThinkCurve Servers and data storage and also for White Label / Customized Implementations for our B2B Customers:

Access: There are advanced set of access, encryption, and logging features to provide access to the servers and data storage.
Storage: AWS Region(s) can be chosen to store the data. The data can be replicated and back up in more than one AWS Region. The content and data will not be moved or replicated outside of the chosen AWS Region(s) without agreement, except as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body.
Security: Industry-leading encryption features to protect content in transit and at rest are offered, and options are available to manage our/their own encryption keys. These data protection features include Flexible key management options using AWS Key Management Service (KMS), allowing customers to choose whether to have AWS manage their encryption/access keys or enabling customers to keep complete control over their keys.
Disclosure of customer content: Customer content will not be disclosed unless it’s required to do so to comply with the law or a binding order of a government body. If a governmental body sends a demand for customer content, we will attempt to redirect the governmental body to request that data directly from the customer. If compelled to disclose customer content to a government body, we will give customers reasonable notice of the demand to allow the customer to seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

How to delete your account

In order to delete your LetsVeriFy Application Account or any other application’s accounts which are using LetsVeriFy SDK.

Your information might be shared only with the manufacturers, whose products you have checked and verified using our Android ,IOS App or web plugin. Occasionally, the product information that you see after scanning the labels on the products will contain links to the manufacturers website. It will be clearly visible that the item is clickable and is a hyperlink.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our Android, IOS App and Web Plugin and not for information collected offline. Please Note: Product recommendation on Facebook and Facebook messenger is not supported on iOS App.
